We want you to feel confident with every purchase from Kentrovia Prime Terrace. Our refund and return policy was designed with your satisfaction in mind, ensuring a straightforward and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

Non-perishable items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Perishable goods (such as fresh produce or dairy) may be refunded or replaced only if they are found to be spoiled or damaged upon arrival and reported to us within 1 hour of delivery.
Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and custom orders are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Contact us by phone at +63 912 206 7151 or email contact@kentroviaterrace.com within the eligible period.
Provide your name, order number or receipt, and details about the item(s) you wish to return or refund.
For perishables, please include a photo of the item and report the issue promptly upon delivery.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including return instructions or scheduling a pick-up (if needed).

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, as you prefer. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

If you paid by cash, refunds can be collected in-store or delivered via bank transfer or GCash.
Card and e-wallet payments are refunded directly to the same account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, variant, or product, please inform us during your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional charges or price adjustments.

Important Notes

Items returned without prior notice or beyond the eligibility period may not be accepted.
All refunds and returns are at the discretion of Kentrovia Prime Terrace management, in line with our commitment to fair service.
